Meet The Team

Laurel is the General Manager and has worked in financial services for twelve years.

Neil has worked as an Adviser in Financial Services for over 15 years, he has specialised in Mortgages since 2012 and has a vast amount of knowledge across the whole market and he is passionate about securing the best suited Mortgage for each person.

Andy has been in financial services for over 20 years, having worked for both large pension and investment institutions as well as small, independent financial advisory firms, all in very much customer focused roles. Andy has been at The Mortgage Shop for almost 6 years now and continues to provide support and assistance to those venturing out in their first step on the property ladder.

Megan has worked in financial services for the last 6 years. She was previously based at Alexander Calder who deal with full financial advice, where she studied to complete her Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. She transferred to The Mortgage Shop two years ago where she has since completed her Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
